Designed and produced a cohesive set of lifecycle and promotional HTML emails for Make-A-Ball that balanced bold, high-energy sports branding with clean mobile-first hierarchy, modular sections, and conversion-focused CTA patterns. The series covered key touchpoints including MVP Rewards welcome, review collection, referral and loyalty prompts, and seasonal sale pushes (10% or 20% off, product spotlights, and multi-variant creative themes) with consistent brand polish, strong readability, and clear merchandising across long-scroll layouts.

Impact highlights (Sep–Nov 2025 email run):

  • $23.3K+ tracked revenue from the campaign series, averaging ~$2.1K per send
  • ~41% average open rate across broad promotional sends
  • ~12% average conversion rate, with a peak at 18.1% conversion
